About Us
We are a literary collective of independent Irish authors, editors, and publishers dedicated to promoting Speculative Fiction book events in Northern Ireland and beyond.
Our goal is to connect the growing readership for Irish Speculative Fiction with independent authors and publishers via quarterly literary events – with guest speakers, author readings, panel discussions, Q&A, book signings, journal launches, plus exclusive merchandise and networking opportunities.
Part book launch, part sci-fi/fantasy/horror fan convention, but conveniently fitted into a single evening – with the chance to meet fellow fans, your favourite local authors, and rub shoulders with publishers dedicated to promoting new voices.

Events
Events typically run 1.5 hours, with opportunities for audience participation, book browsing, and networking built into the mix. At our events, you don’t have to dash for the door once the author finishes signing books – we encourage you to stick around, make new friends, and hob nob with publishers who actually want to meet new writers.
Audience capacity is around 30+ per event, so be sure to book early! Ticket prices range from £6 - £10 per event. Bookings via Eventbrite, and links redirect to external sites.
